    锻炼过度加食物中毒

    打球打了11局，打到全身肌肉酸痛。

    回到宿舍，有人打包了东西给我吃，正好。可惜，吃下去几个小时之后出现强烈反应。后来只能起来喝了2斤的白开水，然后全部吐出来，终于舒服了。

    悲哀的一天。
